Viale Gramsci
The building is located on the border of the historic center of Florence between Piazza Cesare Beccaria and Piazza della Libertà. The project, with an executive function, consists of a large ground floor slab surmounted by two bodies of two and four floors. The complex is completed by a green area and a garage in the basement which gives direct access to the buildings.
The openings are characterized, on each floor, by the presence of regular stone frames and on the first floor surmounted by triangular decorative elements. The windows are all made of wood and are all equipped with wooden blinds. The fronts of the building towards the internal courtyard are characterized by large windows that identify the common internal spaces and ensure excellent lighting and ventilation. The building is accessed by two separate entrances located respectively one in via Cavour and one in via Micheli in correspondence with which there are the two staircases and the elevators that distribute the various floors.
