Rimaggio
The complex is located in the south area of Sesto Fiorentino’s Council, in direction of Florence. The intervention is part of a replacement construction’s process, that involves the whole district, for a new residential destination.
The Rimaggio project has found two factories in which, even if the parameters allowed the realization of 24 apartments, just 14 terraced houses have been created divided in two floors (ground and first floor), fully detached with an open private space, that share just a vehicle lane that allows cars and pedestrians’ access till the parcel’s final section.
