Poggetto
The complex is located in the North of Florence, in the Rifredi district, close to the Hospital and University Careggi. At the moment the area is occupied by an abandoned construction site.. A recovery plan was redacted and approved for the area aimed at an urban renewal of the zone, with the purpose of achieving an housing complex with commercial activities including an underground parking. In the fulfilment were included appliances, green areas and urbanizations.
The Poggetto area has a territorial surface of about 8,250 m² as residential properties and the remaining part as non residential.
