Nuovo Conventino
The residential project of Nuovo Conventino is born from a redevelopment of an abandoned area of over 3000 m² in Giano della Bella Street, adjacent the “Vecchio Conventino”, already subject to an intervention and revival with a new artisanal calling.
The Nuovo Conventino’s project foresees the real estate renovation with the goal of creating new residences. The structure is divided in 3 areas: the basement (parking lots), first and second floor made of apartments with a surface in between 50 and 80 m².
Each apartment is composed by: kitchen, living room, terraces, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
