Ex Cinema Eolo
The building hosted till the nineties the Cinema Eolo, which has been for a long time the reference cinema of San Frediano district; made by the architect Bruno Sacchi in the fifties it has been the first cinema complex to be renovated to host two screening rooms. Affected by the crisis in 2001, it was turned into a bingo hall and then permanently closed.
The Ex Eolo Cinema is located in Borgo San Frediano, in the Oltrarno district, a street located on the left bank of the Arno river more precisely in between Leone Street and Carmine Square. The new construction and renovation will foresee the building conversion into an Hotel.
The building is divided in 5 floors: reception, common areas, rooms, suites and rooftop.
