Cementizia
Built in 1926 for the “Marchino” production company in Casale Monferrato. The plant consists of various buildings made of brick masonry. After suffering extensive war damage, the cement factory definitively stopped production in 1956 and is still in a state of neglect. The recovery project includes residential and tertiary use as well as parking lots and public green areas.
