The building, a single-family villa dating back to the early decades of the 1900s, is part of a residential building that developed at the beginning of the last century along the eastern axis of penetration of the city of Florence. The Villino with an annex laterally an annex, is set back from the street front and has a pleasant garden that gives privacy to the rooms.
The courtyard is bordered by a large gate with pedestrian and vehicular access on via Aretina. The main front, facing SOUTH, has the typical characteristics of the late nineteenth-century villa and is spread over two floors with a mezzanine attic. The composition of the façade is symmetrical on three axes, the entrance door is surmounted by a balcony with a balustrade and the side windows of the main floor are crowned with triangular gables, while the window placed in the center above the door has a curvilinear gable.
The renovation involves the complete modernization of the building and its annex, thus leading to the construction of 6 residential units. On the ground floor there are 3 units, one of which is totally independent which will be created inside the lateral annex inside the courtyard.
Finally, the additional 3 units in via Aretina are on the first floor and attic, access to the first floor is from the condominium entrance hall dating back to the early 1900s with a stone staircase and period parapet in wrought iron.
