The courtyard is bounded by a wide gate with both pedestrian and vehicular access on Aretina street. The main facade, facing south, displays the typical elements of a late nineteenth-century villa with two floors and an attic mezzanine. The facade composition is symmetrical on three axes, the entrance door is surmounted by a balcony with balustrade and the side windows on the main floor are surmounted by triangular gables, while the central window on top of the main door has a curvilinear gable.
The restructuring measure involves the building and annex full modernization, that will provide six residential units. Three units will be at the ground floor; one of those will be totally independent and it will be obtained inside the side annex into the courtyard.
Finally, the other three units of Aretina Street will be at the first floor and attic, the access to the first floor will be through the condominium entrance hall dated back to the beginning of the twentieth-century, with a pietra serena (sandstone) staircase and a vintage wrought iron parapet.
