The Group is born in 2010 by the effort of Andrea Duranti and it’s represented by societies in the real estate branch. As the result of the global financial economical crisis of the last years, Andrea Duranti, aware of the importance of flexibility in times where resources are limited, has created the requirements to manage the company dynamically, allowing a fast growth of his activity.
The society mostly works in Tuscany, mainly in Florence. It’s specialised in finding investments, even complicated, and develop them in a short amount of time. Thanks to its company setting, AD Casa is able to manage the whole planning chain in every real estate operation.
The flexibility and the evolution of our structure are the result of a focused process of improvement that is grown over the years. The stagnation of the real estate market has been a challenge that gave us the chance to catch new opportunities that helped us to shape our new approach to the evolution of the real estate market.
Since the beginning we aim for the professional and company growth: since 2010 we built more than 800 flats, we extended our business from residential to commercial or hospitality, till we got to experiment new forms of loan, becoming one of the first real estate firm in Italy to finance two projects with the crowdfunding.
Our goal is clear: to build outstanding spaces that fulfil our clients’ needs, creating shared values and profits for our investors.
