The increase of the production level of the residential real estate indicates a recovery in investments in new homes and in a trend that keeps on being positive. Especially, the investments in new homes, according to Ance’s estimate, amount to 18 billions of euros in 2019, to confirm a positive trend started in 2017 .

maintenance
This division, that represents 37% of the value of the investments in constructions, continues to show a growth of the production levels. The result of 2019 includes the first impacts on productive levels too, even if contained, originated from sisma-bonus and eco-bonus addressed to entire buildings (condominium).

private constructions
private investments in non residential buildings in the amount of 42 billions of euros in 2019 mark a 4.4 % additional increase of our current value. The survey keeps in mind the particularly positive data of the non residential building licences ongoing since 2015.
